The Challenges for Universities

Universities are full of big egos who don't want to see change, says professor. Most universities' money comes from the governments, he adds. Governments only want to see innovation that furthers central planning and central control. And they do not like to fund with a happy heart anything that does not reinforce their central planning andcentral control.
