When i was a hospitalist, my go to agent was always a combination of coles and senna. Sometimes i would use something called the bomb, which was a stanford concoction. It was given per rectum, and it was glycerine mag sulphate and something else that was terrible. If they were consepated, the aur nurse would give it, and it would just be like shrapnel with corn in it. I'm not joking. They're cleaning it off the wall. The patient was stab but for whatever reason, i was just kind of falling im down there.
