The theory here is not well-defined. Some people suggest that because testosterone is produced from cholesterol molecules via a series of enzymatic reactions, you might lack some of the raw materials to make testosterone. There's another theory here that eating more saturated fat can increase testosterone levels. We'll talk about why that is again completely made up. Eating in general, eating anything tends to lower testosterone levels.
