I was actually implementing at a startup that I was working at to enrich the CRM with ideal customer profiles and then prioritize the leads. And it was just mind blowing. The business has done really well and it's been very capital efficient. We've hardly raised any money. We're cashflow positive, we've kept it quite efficient. These days it was like a 50 million revenue company and a few hundred people. But basically the more information you have during this sales funnel, the highly likely had the odds to convert people.
