How to Be a Better Leader
In a group of people, we're all trying to figure out who's the top dog in this group. We might listen to somebody that we consciously or more often subconsciously think, well, this is sort of the leader. Some people are very good at including everyone when they're speaking in a group of five people. Other people I've noticed will tend to just look at one person. And here's my trick. Make a point of directing your gaze at others around the circle and you'll start to do what the speaker does.
