Mental health isn't something that any one can ever really perfect, and it's something that most people have to work daily, mindfully to optimise. How did you learn what was working best for you? Did you do a lot of experimenting on your own? Get help from friends? Do research? Go to therapy? Yes, tralin er, i do love therapy. Ad that was something i started in the bubble. It was over the phone, but it was a way for me to kind of hear fee back from what i was felling in the moment. I'm not necessarily type of person that's ing a journal, maybe every day, not for like, 20 minutes
