The Root Causes of Black on Black Crime
In 1963, Daniel Patrick Moynihan released his study of the 23 or 25% rate of botherless homes in the African American community across the United States. And so she thinks that's one of the deeper root causes of black on black crime,. It's taboo to talk about that now, but it's real. You can predict how much violence you're going to have within a given community if you know the out of wedlock birth rates and how many kids between a certain age males without fathers in their home.
