The biggest tension that i see is with experience versus raw ability. You are going o bring a lot of people under your organization, and especially as you scale. There's nothing that can really replace it. But you have to balance it. If someone has had much experience that they think they have it all figured out,. Like what is their attitude about their experience? Do they have curiosity around something that they're an expert in ? And how creative are they about problem? Iyo, no. Can they take on things that might sit outside of what theye done in the past? The last thing that i aways looked for, soof across the board, is motivators. What do
