The Importance of Asking Questions Casually
If you start suggesting a lot of things almost like a replacement, you might be thinking that you're going home. This is especially true at least in my experience when someone is sort of older school and they've been on the project for a very long time. It's okay to ask those questions as you become more familiar with the team or just casually asking them. I definitely not in meetings with stakeholders and stuff like that. Like don't I've seen this happen before? And some people are going to get pissed to be blunt.
