We've been recognizing what the long house is since 2018 on this podcast. It means not being like performatively outraged but secretly flattered every time you're mentioned in a patric denine tweet or a james pogue article. We must resist the soft authoritarianism of the long houses weepy moralism and be willing to leave behind its false comforts.
