How I Manage My Stress in Relationships
I tend to spiral a little bit, which is not great But I think I do a relatively good a good job of like preventing that spiraling from happening too often. My default emotion is sadness Which is really depressing. It's the way that I frame it in my brain when I am sad is like I keep myself happy by keeping myself distracted Um, that's really Yeah, so like left to my own devices. You cannot control another person's life Like it's just unpredictable and it's like I feel the weight of my actions on other people, right?
