Jeff Yang: I often find that the sort of denoumons of very thickly plotted books are let down, because really the pleasure is in not knowing. The murders did actually sustain the story to a certain extent, yeah. But these murders are not like happen somewhere else. It's the school he went to, it's his family. So that kind of made it different for me.
