Sally Kohn: Sam Alito seems committed to searching for a narrative in this case about why California is a villain. She says he raises the possibility that state laws involving commerce could be considered immoral, too. Kohn: He thinks union regimes are immoral but I thought he was the champion of the working man or only when they are defenseless and unarmed on subway.
