Inflation, first time we've had notable inflations since the 19 seventies. We have a prospect, based on various measures, of recession. There's kind of a perfect ston that could set the fed into a very difficult position where they're damned if they do and damned if they don't. The problem is, one thing can weaken the market to lead to the next. And what might be a real secular issue for you if you are close or at retirement? I wouldn't really want to be in their position right now.
