It's a tough question. There are some athletes who can get away with it. It also depends on what they do outside their key sport. I'll often just ask them how are they feeling if they're looking tight through their hips or just sitting back in their back a little bit. We don't want this to be pushing those boundaries beyond where we need them and causing any kind of problems.
