The Percolator Coffee Pot

The first patent on the plunger device was granted in france in 19 29, hence the term french press. A percolator is a machine that heats water to boiling and forces it up a tube into another chamber at the top of the coffee pot. The process continues until all the water inside the percolator has reached near boiling temperature. It then seeps down through the filter and back into the chamber below. And unlike paper filters which eases its processing, your allowing all the oil s and the coffee to make their way into your cup.
