As a maker you're able to have total agency over exactly what you make. You can transfer those making skills into other domains of your life like community building or mental health issues that's amazing. As a beholder there are three major things that you get as a beholder: empathy, perspective taking and safe risk taking. We do both all the time even if you're not aware of it we were always making and we're always beholding.
