Is the Minimum Threshold Really Necessary?
We are squeezing the arts and wed squeeze sport like amateur governors at a primer school. And we're doing all this catch up tutoring, because obviously children didn't learn anything for two years - which is just a jorkini aof itself. I'm not in anywar shape or form suggesting that we don't need students to be able to read, write and count er. We spend an awful lot of time making sure that those things are are centralized. When we've gotye, where are we going to find the next e the next factors and the next sport stars and the next creative geniuses and all that kind of stuff?
