The Purpose of Law Enforcement Is to Prevent Crime

Rihanna: In theory, law enforcement is there to prevent crime and fine criminals. She says that's the purpose of border patrol but it doesn't stop people from committing crimes such as human trafficking or sexual assault. Rihanna: Border patrol provides an outlet for facists in country to do horrible violence on people rather than being disorganized and anti-state.
