Lois was at war over some of these ideas, and he fought hard. He used the power of his brain to really joust with people. When we attack bad english literature programs, bad composition programms, bad rhetoric programmes, it's because we see like lewis, the stakes are really about something else. So they have just pulled ta rug out from under these kids. All we have is our feelings, and our feelings don't count. That's the stakes that i think we're still in.
