What President Biden Wants to Do With the No-Peck Bill?
Bloomberg's Javier Blass, probably the smartest analyst or reporter in the oil market, penned an article which I think was a message to President Biden. He said we've got to think really carefully about the threats that are being levied with this no-peck bill. And my whole thesis has been that when China comes out of their lockdowns, that's going to be the moment where we see a huge move up in oil prices. The next move of the Saudis is going to be to dump their U.S. treasury holdings and start pricing their oil in a currency other than the United States dollar as their next move.
