The Importance of Examination of Conscience

Each mortal sin is its own thing. And so it's very easy to see how one triggers the other and you fall into this spiral, this death spiral. If anger is something that is chronic for you, habituated vice, think about the last several times you got angry. Ask him for the virtue to give you the virtue of temperance. As your anger, ask him to giveYou the virtue of meekness. If you're lustful, ask you to give him the virtue of purity. This prayer becomes the end goal, right? This is what I want to do. There's a supernatural grace that is going to take place here because the Lord wants this for you anyway
