The way to take this external dictionary and then get high dancet to parse it is you just pass it as keyword arguments to the class constructor. It doesn't care what the list contains in a sense as long as it can find a way to make that into an end. If you want to do crazy complex stuff like constructing models without doing validation because you know it's not to be validated, that's all possible but the simplest interface just calling in it on the class is designed to work and do the validation.
