Deborah: I'm so glad you brought this up about this sort of inner policing of thoughts and Deb, that's a great example from Jung. And he was just wracked with anguish for days over this. He couldn't tolerate that he had had such a literally god awful thought until he developed the ability to accept that this was part of him. If the creator himself had not provided the ability to have such thoughts,. So he did that work at an early age of being able to accept his inner world and invite that thought in effect to the table. It's sometimes it's known as scrupulosity, where you have to have only scrupulous thoughts. There's these intrusive thoughts
