What Is the Difference Between UX Researcher, User Researcher and Design Researcher?

I wanted to see if there are other people who feel differently than I do when it comes to this question. This is not within my area of expertise or something that I've considered, thought about or researched at all,. So let me reveal it. And then I will talk through my answer. Here's the question.
