Privacy Enhancing Technologies - Two Key Themes in Privacy Enhancement Technologies

There are two key themes in privacy enhancing technologies that we've seen really come into the fore of the last 10 to 15 years. There's an area of homomorphic encryption which goes along with secure multi-party computation, which often combined with federated learning. And so while there are really exciting technical developments in improving these methods of skill-multipotting computation, there's also interesting developments of people trying to explore to what extent they can recover information from those models.
