Coaches, You Have to Listen to What Your Players Are Saying
The coach is, and this is what i always love about the enepel, and it's always been different than college. It's a working relationship between the players and the coaches. As soon as either the coach forgets that or the players forget that, yo, you have this a tis disconnect. And what happens is, now the players start doing what they want, or the players are not bind whath the coach is saying. Either way, someone's gatting fired players or the coach. The best coach is always adjust within a game when necessary. Always good.
