The Pursuit of Spiritual Growth Is Karma

The pursuit of spiritual growth is karma. You are making an effort to gain spiritual growth. And that action or effort will have two different kinds of pala, or results. The immediate result of meditation may not be enlightenment. But even if it does result in enlightenment, it still has some benefit.
