The NBA Investigates Dallas Mavericks Roster Decisions and Game Conduct
The NBA has started an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the Mavericks decision not to win any games and therefore be eliminated from the playoffs. The league spokesman came out with this statement: "We are ready to find out whether in fact the Dallas Mavericks roster decisions ... were behind those actions" This may be the greatest boomer movie reference of all time. Oh God, George Burns, Terry Gar, John Denver. That's another movie reference, not his personal situation.
