Movie Review - Breakfast Club

The movie is written in collaboration with the people that are in the movie and very much like told from their perspective. It never condescends to them, but it also never like overly mythologizes them. One of my favorite movies ever was basically the 15 minute stretch when Esther when they're all hanging out. They have a pretty sophisticated discussion about why they were fucked up.
