You've Got to Have a Vision of What Your Software Should Do
I was happy for a larger player to come in and say, here's a great bit of software that will do all this stuff you want. But it just wasn't happening. So I didn't see any deruschered. The user feedback is the biggest thing I've learned in terms of the development. If a user says something's worth doing, you've got to look at that pretty carefully. You don't want to be sort of driven by what your users think.
