We produce hay on our farm, but we end up having to source hay in a year like this from other ranchers that have an excess. We'll source calves at 700 pounds and then take them up to 1,000, 1,100 pounds if we can get them there. And so we have right now just two farms, large ranches that we work with that have no anabach, no hormone, no grain program. I've actually learned a lot from these guys in terms of planning forages and making baleage,. which is what we do here as well. It's not going to be the most heavily marbled wagyu corn fed steak you ever had.
