Inside Marketing Design Interview

I'm recording the last interview for Inside Marketing Design, which I'm excited about. There's still several more weeks of episodes to come out, but it feels like we're on the home stretch. When you decided to take on this side project, did you always know from the beginning that you wanted this to be a seasonal thing? Was there a period where you considered it being this ongoing thing? Like tell us a little bit about that process in terms of like taking on a new side project and ensuring that you're set up for success.
