Getting Rid of Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid

The only way to remove polyunsaturated fatty acid from your body fat is by burning it for fuel or using it to build like new nerve tissue or new cells. That's why it's so devastating to have too much of it in your diet in the first place. For complex reasons that we can go into if you want, people think that omega 3 supplementation works. It doesn't really work to do very much. And once you've gotten off seed oils it does almost nothing for most people.
