How to Avoid the Sails Roller Coaster

The way to avoid the sails roller coaster is by dedicating ten % of your time to outbound. Make it the first hour of every day, eight a m to nine a m Monday through friday. The second thing i'm going to look at is probably spending half or more of my time on bottom of the funnel. O 'm going to spend the rest of his time on deals that are close to closing. I want to advance those to close. Third thing i're going to lookat is middle of the funnel, discovery, demo, that sort of stuff.
