The Right to Abortion, the Right to Marriage, and the Right to Privacy
I mean, there are tons of liberal judicial scholars over the years who have said, roe is on shaky foundation. There's no way around it. When the the decision was originally decided, people immediately said that. And you know, evenwit, even with gay marriage, i mean, i think it would have been better. But, you know, having the courts do it is always problematic when you have a political situation working itself out. It just undermines the fabric of the nation because you you in essence, pull pull away a philosophical, political, moral debate and don't allow itself to work out.
