As long as the demand is there, companies are staffing to meet the level of demand. Right now, the g p bakdoff still remains quite robust. But i would say some of the sea sweet right now, they are worse at calling their own company than some people are on this show calling this market. These companies have set themselves up for the demand of last year, and it's not there any more.
