Simon Hooper: I'm fine with developed nations building massive nuclear infrastructures. The problem is all the third world countries now can't compete. So they might try to build some sort of nuclear reactor and then you could have a real fucking problem. But it's weird because like France think about France so it's 80% runoff nuclear. It's weird that they wouldn't move to some sort of electrical car. Because you could just power that off the nuclear right. Electric car You need the batteries,hooper says.
