Is Stretching Good for Hypertrophy?

Alyssa Purd: I would much rather rely on direct studies on hypertrophy than any sort of mechanistic rationale for my training decisions. So we've definitely seen a number of occasions where stretching has improved strength and, you know, improved hypertrophy. But since Greg Knuckles pointed out that that might not even be applicable to these studies because you don't ever see those muscle lengths to begin with, honestly, I've been scratching my head. The short version is I don't really know, but I'd love to know.
