I'm a Doctor and I Spend So Much I Should Just Be Using My Skills Consulting With Patients

The NHS's IT infrastructure certainly inside the NHS could be a lot better. I should just be using my skills consulting with patients but admin burden is insane. The bit that basically you give the AI model to start your task is actually extremely important. There are other models now that are coming we're basically either fine-tuning or more interestingly they're using chat GPT and other large language models.
