How Did You Discover Leer Hippo?

When she was working at GIA like my job was I was doing a lot of sourcing. And one thing that was really important to me was like I wanted to work with more women and when I looked at Leer Hippo's website, there were more women than men on their investment team which I'd like never seen before. The other thing was I wanted to do more than just technology like a GIA was on the tech team and I covered 10 to 12 different sub sectors while I was there. But I had less exposure to FinTech and healthcare tech and pure offline consumer. So it was really a combination of a lot of those things. When did you discover Lear Hippo?
