I think I spent time with mentors, which is absolutely key as a manager. It defines the role of sort of who I want to be as a leader from an integrity perspective. There's a lot of situations that are, you know, kind of conflict as a manager and as a leader. So figuring out how to navigate through conflict and still bring people along in that process was very convicting for me.
