The only way I could put those two together is if I think of a painting emerging under my hands, which in some sense it does. If you're going to attribute emergence to formal cause, then you've got an agent that is being that is good. You can't force people into doing things, right? Like we know like Twitter had competitors, they all went out of business. It's just not possible.
