What Monks Are Making This Distillate?
It would be so cool to know what monk was making this bottling and then you can extrapolate out okay. It's not something that a monastery is going to do they're not going to really single out the monks that are doing it right now we've got Dom Benoit and Frere Jean-Jacques, those are the two monks that are making it today. Green has 220 grams of rizid per liter yellow has 350 grams per liter yeah interestingYeah I mean I think it definitely shifts with new change because when you think of like summer wheat versus winter wheat when you're looking at beer production or whatever can be totally different from other distillates.
