The Matthew Rheumach Nomogram - Acetaminophen Level Against Time

The Matthew Rheumach nomogram is used to plot acetaminophen levels against time. If a patient has taken an overdose of acetaminophen, you should treat them if the level is above 66 micromoles per liter or 10 milligrams per deciliter. Patients who have taken preparations in combination with an opioid and/or anticholinergic are more likely to need treatment. But otherwise, you should interpret an acetaminophen level that is positive, i.e. that's greater than 66Micromoles per Liter.
