Space Lawyer Lazer - Is Your Interview Process So Unstructured?
In many cases the company's interview process is so loose and so unstructured that they literally cannot verbalize why they're saying no. And i'd write a little burb, you knowd and because i was assigned very structured assessment of certain skills, i could say, you know, this answer to this question i felt like did not meet our hiring standard,. And it's pretty much objective. Then the recruiter, of course, i'm sure, applies filters to that to prevent us from ... space lawyer lazer lawsuits. Yes. Well, they only weaken prevent those. They do their best. But underqualified or space lawyering? I think that's actually very likely.
