The Utilitarian Position on Exploitation

I'm just trying to understand your position here. Is it animal exploitation that you're concerned about, or is it just animal suffering? Because, of course, at least in theory, we can exploit animals without causing them any suffering. Well, that depends on how you use the term exploitation, I suppose. But there are other uses, I admit, in which you could say, well, you're exploiting someone even though they benefit by it. Yes, that could be exploitation. And I might think that that is wrong because that is not maximizing the welfare of all concern.
