What's Different This Time?

i was a junior doctor in 20 16, and we had a very similar situation there. The b m a j d c really didn't have the level of communication with members. We want grassroots organization first, and then use the information that we get from that to tell us are we ready to take industrial action? I don't think we should make those kinds of mistakes again. It's going to be much easier for us to know this time, because it's a much more simple dispute.
