The brain trust token is the incentive mechanism and the governance mechanism. The point of tokens in a network like ours is to unstick the fly wheel, right? Like all great market places have a fly wheel, and tokens are a great way o unstick. There's also features thatt we've been testing with the community, called bid staking. So you can stake ome, if you're talent, you can stake some tokens along with your bid and that'll help you. That will basicly put them in escro and say, like, if i'm a bad actor from no show, i mell lose these tokens.
