There was actually a lot of them. Yeah, but again, I feel like the explanation is that they don't know that much about the bug. So they need to draw out the tactics. They're they can always recruit more soldiers, which they are constantly doing. But what they really care about is maintaining this war, maintaining this external enemy so that the fascist regime can continue.
